TripFlaw provides a digital itinerary analysis that normally begins immediately after payment.
Before a paid analysis begins, you are asked to expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed, statutory cancellation rights may be affected or lost where permitted by applicable law.
A refund may be considered where:
A refund will not normally be issued merely because you disagree with the itinerary score, a flaw identified by the analysis, a recommendation, a suggested corrected itinerary or the final conclusion.
TripFlaw is an analysis service and cannot guarantee that every traveler will agree with every judgment or recommendation.
Refunds are not normally available because a third party later changes opening hours, transport schedules, ticket conditions, availability, pricing or other travel conditions after the report was generated.
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly or paid without receiving the report, contact support with enough information for us to identify the transaction.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Refund and payment questions should be sent through the TripFlaw Contact / Support page.
