These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TripFlaw and the purchase of TripFlaw itinerary analysis services.
TripFlaw is operated by Heritage Routes Travel Ltd, Company No. 17244605, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
TripFlaw is an independent itinerary analysis service designed to identify potential weaknesses in travel plans, including timing, route logic, transfers, walking requirements, reservations, accessibility, scheduling and travel logistics.
TripFlaw may provide an itinerary score, identified issues, recommendations, a corrected or alternative itinerary and references to third-party information sources.
TripFlaw does not make travel bookings and is not a substitute for information or confirmation directly from airlines, hotels, attractions, transport operators, government authorities or other travel suppliers.
TripFlaw reports are generated using automated systems, including artificial intelligence, together with information supplied by the user and, where appropriate, publicly available information.
Travel conditions can change rapidly. Opening hours, ticket rules, transport schedules, visa requirements, admission policies, prices, weather, road conditions and other travel information may change after a report is generated. You should independently confirm important or time-sensitive information before travelling.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is reasonably accurate and complete. This may include travel dates, destinations, arrival and departure details, traveler ages, accessibility or mobility requirements, booked hotels, fixed reservations, attraction tickets, transport arrangements and other travel constraints.
TripFlaw is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the user.
TripFlaw may provide a preliminary itinerary assessment before a full report is purchased. The itinerary score displayed before payment is the score used for the corresponding full report.
The full analysis may identify additional issues, explanations or recommendations, but the displayed itinerary score will remain consistent with the score shown before purchase for that analysis.
Current TripFlaw pricing may include:
The applicable price is displayed before payment. Prices may change for future purchases, but changes do not affect a completed purchase.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. TripFlaw does not store full payment card details. A purchase is considered completed once the payment provider confirms successful payment.
TripFlaw reports are normally generated immediately after payment. By proceeding to payment, you expressly request that performance of the digital service begins immediately.
Where required by applicable consumer law, you acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed or the digital content has been supplied, your statutory cancellation rights may be affected or lost. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A refund may be considered where payment was taken but no report was delivered because of a technical failure, where the customer was charged more than once for the same analysis, or where another clear payment or service-delivery error occurred.
A refund will not normally be issued solely because the customer disagrees with an itinerary score, identified flaw, recommendation or conclusion. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
TripFlaw provides itinerary analysis and decision-support information. You remain responsible for all travel decisions, including transport, flights, accommodation, visas, insurance, medical requirements, physical activity, safety, bookings, tickets and financial commitments.
TripFlaw reports may refer to third-party websites, attractions, airlines, transport operators, hotels, travel companies or other services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, prices, terms, cancellations, service quality or website content.
A reference to an attraction, route, reservation strategy or transport option does not guarantee that tickets, hotel rooms, flights, tours or other services will remain available.
We aim to keep TripFlaw available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure problems, third-party outages, payment provider outages, AI service outages, internet failures, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You must not attempt to interfere with TripFlaw systems, bypass payment mechanisms, obtain unauthorised access, submit malicious software, abuse automated access, overload the service or use TripFlaw for unlawful purposes.
The TripFlaw and FlawEngine brands, website design, software, scoring systems and original service materials are owned by or licensed to Heritage Routes Travel Ltd.
You may save, print or share your own purchased report with people travelling as part of the same trip. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, reverse-engineer or commercially redistribute TripFlaw software, interface, scoring system or report-generation system without permission.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, TripFlaw is not responsible for losses arising solely from third-party changes, inaccurate user-supplied information, events occurring after report generation, or reliance on information that could reasonably have been verified directly with the relevant supplier or authority.
Personal information submitted through TripFlaw is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a purchase is the version presented when that purchase is made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights available under the laws applicable where you live.
Questions about these Terms may be sent through the TripFlaw Contact / Support page.
